About

The Computer Science and IT in Education NPO, or « CSITEd » in short, is a nonprofit organisation whose goal is to promote computer science at large, as a technology but especially as a science, for primary and secondary school pupils, in particular in the education field. It also offers activities dedicated to teachers and the general public.

In order to achieve its goal, the association organises competitions, conferences, trainings, educational internships and information days. All this is detailed on the activities page. It is also involved in several projects and research in the field of computer science education. Finally, it is also the representative and the spokesperson, in Belgium and internationally, of the causes it defends.
